This home delivered on all of our expectations...Beautiful sunsets, close to restaurants, beach to hang out on, crashing waves, quiet and safe, and comfy bed. Simply wonderful!

This house and its location just by keiki beach with its calm water pool which is perfect for young kids, was perfect for us. We spent a week there with 7 people, including a 3 year old and a 4 year old. If we go to the west side of the Big Island again, I'm sure we would book this same place again.

This house is so beautiful and open!! Every morning we sat out watching the waves from the lanai while drinking our coffee. We had more than enough room for everyone. The house is just a short walk from town and the keiki pools are right out back. I need to figure out how to get back to this house more often!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is by far the best choice for a family reunion - we celebrated 3 birthdays & 2 wedding anniversaries! The Lania over looking the pacific ocean was the choice for many family get togethers & retelling the family stories, the day began & ended on the Lania with most everyone, this was a 3 generation vacation with the youngest being 25 & the oldest 78. The house has direct access to the little sandy beach, where we spent hours repositioning the lava, so the small fish & other sea life could hide from the bigger fish & sea life, allowing the younger children to see the creatures in 3 feet of water. The house had everything a 3200 sq. ft. home needed, just brought food from the local farmers markets & ate out a lot - Kona Brewing Company, Quinn's(walking distance from the home), and attended the "Kona Coffee Festival" for sampling & purchasing to bring home - can't get better flavor anywhere else! A big thanks to the owners & Kona Coast Resorts for allowing us to stay in "Paradise".

We stayed this past week in this home with my husband and my three teenage sons. It was a beautiful well equipped home. The lanai and view were incredible. We played games most nights on the lanai listening to the waves crashing behind us and also enjoyed coffee in the mornings in the same incredible setting. It was very warm when we were there and the home did have AC which was an unexpected bonus for us. We loved the closeness to the airport and the town. There was shopping for groceries very close by (3 teenage boys) and we utilized the gas grill on the lanai as well. Another wonderful I loved was the master was on the main floor and additional bedrooms in the back of the home one flight up. All of the living space was beach side making for a very quiet place for the early risers as well as those sleeping later. We hope to stay there again some day.
