This place has everything you could ever need. View, pool, space, location, amenities. We came with our two kids (17 & 20) and they each got a room. The interior is beautiful and spotless. They have beach towels (lots) kitchen equipment, extra bath towels, we didn’t have anything we needed to get. The outdoor living area and pool by far got the most use. There are pool toys, extra cushions for chairs and loungers, BBQ, table, etc. we spent several days pool side and evenings eating dinner and playing cards on the lanai. The location is great, terrific view! Close to Kona. We watched the Kona 4th of July fireworks show from the backyard! Vacation property mangers very helpful and kind. There have been concerns abiut the vog from the volcano; and while a bit hazy some days it’s still Hawai’i and wonderful! It didn’t hinder us at all. We will absolutely return to this wonderful home!!

Your home was so well equipped with quality inventory. As trivial as it sounds, you are the first vacation rental that provided more than 1 roll of paper towels and toilet paper.Thoughtfulness appreciated. We never used the AC again. Another place we stayed had the Hawaiian music playing which was a wonderful welcome, along with the AC. Nice Martha Stewart percale sheets on the King bed. Very special! Also remote control opener for the garage. All the comforts of home. We spend a lot of time there as we have been to the neighborhood 9 times! Looking forward to our next stay!
