There is a cat that sprays everywhere and the roaches need to be taken care of outside. This is a beautiful home and we still had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a 6n night stay over spring break - two families consisting of 4 adults and 3 children (ages 8-7). We did not use the mother-in-law house because it does not share a door with the main house but all agreed that if our girls were teenagers they would have loved it! Plenty of room in this house with two masters that have great views. We loved that we could see the pool and watch the kids from just about anywhere in the house. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and grilling outside and then eating outside as well! The house is close to Costco, Target, Walmart, Safeway, the airport, and downtown Kona so it really is a great location. The only "complaint" which isn't the fault of anyone related to the house is that during our stay we had a lot of vog so the view of the ocean was not as clear as we'd hoped. But the sunsets were gorgeous and so is the Big Island! We would stay at this home again!
