The property was just as described. Kitchen was beautifully appointed with any thing and every thing you could want. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed very promptly. No responsibility of the owners but most likely never reported by previous renters. 6 adults and 2 10 month old twins were very comfortable and spent many a morning and evening watching the sun from the awesome pool deck. Water temp in the pool was fantastic! It was very hot and humid and we would have loved AC but we managed with the full wall retractable screens and supplied fans. We would definitely recommend this amazing property.

Wonderful property. All was as described in listing and actually better. there was 3 couples and each had a master suite which leads out to backyard. We spent all of our time outside taking in the gorgeous view. House is also very well equipped with everything you may need. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend this property

The IO Place House was absolutely incredible and perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was missing nothing! I can’t say enough about this house. From the koi pond to the huge master bedroom and the gorgeous pools to the beautiful sunsets! Kona Coast was awesome to work with. They were so helpful and made the entire rental process simple. We would use them again!

My wife and I with our in-laws had a wonderful family vacation in IO Way - the place is spectacular, in a wonderful setting with all the space and amenities you could ask for. Kona Coast Vacations are fantastic, very responsive and helped us whenever we had any trouble. The photos don’t even do justice to the surroundings. The house and all the rooms and outside area are all very spacious - I would recommend this property to larger families or groups wanting some privacy in a stylish space with amazing views. Would definitely return!

This home was perfect for our family of seven! The kitchen is the best equipped we’ve ever seen in a vacation home! Loved everything about it.

The view is just stunning, especially at sunset. The three main bedrooms are ideal with their en suite bathrooms and sliding doors to the beautiful backyard (and the master is massive). Our kids enjoyed bath time in the big master tub. The pool and hot tub are where we spent a lot of our time. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. And the indoor-outdoor living area is just spectacular! We couldn’t have been happier and hope to return again.
