Unfortunately, the sliding glass window had broke before we arrived, Kona Coast Vacations gave us a very generous portional refund due to the obstruction of our view. The people at KCV are all very professional and very courteous. The only slightly negative comment I have is that the home was not as clean as I would like, when we arrived. There was human waste left in the toilet, the floors and throw rugs just seemed dirty, and the sheets and towels are in definite need of replacement. However, the condo is nicely furnished, queen bed is super comfy and with great selection of kitchen tools. There is a small window AC unit that works great for cooling the place down a bit during the late afternoon sun. Everything we needed while we stayed in Kona for 10 days. And last but certainly not least the view from the balcony is worth any inconveniences. Absolutely beautiful sunsets every evening and the sea turtles like to hang out in the cove just below the balcony. Fantastic!

Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy their retreat. Turtles feeding on the rocks near shore and dolphins to entertain us everyday while we had our morning coffee on the lanai. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Really appreciated all the extras - beach umbrella, chairs, coolers only suggestion for the owners would be to upgrade the tv and probably flip or replace the bed.

The ocean view is really wonderful here. We saw sea turtles from our balcony, and watched endless hours of surfers and boogie boarders catch waves. The bedroom is on the opposite side of the AC and it does get a little warm in there -- however there is a fan to cool you off in there. The kitchen has a granite slab counter tops and is fully equipped (it does have a coffee grinder in case you were wondering). For those bringing little ones, the complex also rents pack & plays and high chairs. It's a short walk to some good restaurants nearby and perhaps 15 minute walk to a family friendly beach. Overall a great location, great view and good amenities
