This is probably one of the better units at the Hali'i Kai because of the location. Great view of the ocean from lounge deck perfect for sunsets, access to a big lawn for kids to play while adults bbq/sip mai tais and just a short walk to beach club / pool / gym.

Perfect location. Close to pool, workout room, bar, and ocean. You can walk to shops but it does take a while. We ended up driving to other stores for groceries outside of Waikoloa. We had some trouble locating the parking space at night for the unit. There is no garage, just a carport which was fine. Had a little trouble with the screen door so we reported it on the day we were leaving. Unit is spacious and i liked the fact that the bedroom windows face the ocean. You can see the ocean from the lanai. Took a bit of learning to figure out the stove since its very new. Washer and dryer came in handy and there are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas etc. There is a lava path by the ocean but its a bit hard to walk on leisurely ....you gotta watch your step. A lot of stores shut down at the 2 shopping areas...but its like that everywhere. Not that this has anything to do with the unit, but we dined out about 4 times in 9 days and found food over priced and not very good...even at Lava Lava. 2 years ago this was not the case. Probably trying to recover form the pandemic and cutting costs.

The home, location, and amenities were exactly what was stated on the website. We loved the location of the unit which gave us ocean views and was extremely close to the ocean club / pool. We are definitely booking this place for future vacations.

Had a great time. The property was clean , well appointed with appliances, cooking options, dinnerware. Loved location with ocean , palm tree view and close to pool and several fine beaches.

Everything was as promised or better. Lots of beach towels and coolers for use. My only suggestion is to upgrade the towels in the master bath.

This place was heaven on earth! Coming back in 5 months, that's how good it was❤.
