Great communication and great property we had an fantastic time!

The house was great for us and our two kids. Our son is autistic and he is a sensory seeker. He loved the outdoor area of the house- the pool, sand, and landscaping to look for geckos. There are so many aspects of the pool that help with his sensory seeking, from the sound of the water, jumping to make a splash, swimming and looking under water. It all helped and worked through a lot of his abundant energy. Then there was the sand...the feeling of the sand in his hands. This is the complete package for us and let us let our son just be a kid. As you know, we have already booked this house for next year, because of how much our whole family liked your home. This is a beautiful home in a great location. The pool and backyard are very comfortable and have a great view of the ocean. We picked starfruit and passion fruit there. The home is close to some good local beaches and is a close drive to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Had so much fun playing sand volleyball and enjoying the pool and the yard was beautiful.

The pool and outdoor space is fabulous. The king beds are great and comfortable. The host(s) were responsive and helpful. Really a great value and would come back again.

The house is welcoming and has all the conveniences. Can’t say enough about the backyard. The pool is warm and super inviting. There is also a cool sandy area (our 3 year old grandson called it “the desert”). Lots of pool floats, and toys. The space is so wonderful that we did not leave the house on several days during our stay. The flowers and birds add to the ambiance. Great location. Close to Kailua-Kona and shopping.
