Unit was very clean, grounds were beautiful and well maintained, unit also included beach gear which was not in the listing but great to have. management team was superior with information and keeping us informed throughout our stay.

Great service, excellent value, condo exactly as described and promised, great to deal with, followed up during our stay, best Hawaii experience and we have been to all islands. Already booked for next year.

We had a wonderful experience. Everything in 115 was exactly as advertised and communication with the property managers was fabulous, although we didn’t need them the entire stay! Loved the ability to walk out our Lanai to the pool. Afternoon/evening sun on the lawn was the best. Great location! We are annual Waikoloa vacationers and we would definitely book this unit again!

Much quieter area than staying in Kona but close enough to drive to any of the Kona stores like Costco, Safeway, and Wal-Mart. There are beaches, restaurants, convenience shops, and tourist shopping within walking distance. But because there is so much to see around the island, I thought that a car was necessary. The unit was large enough to live in so is much larger than a typical hotel room or even suite. Has a small but full kitchen. Has a small apartment sized stacked washer dryer. The unit was clean on arrival. Directions provided by Kona Coast got us right to the door at 11 pm the first night. Kona Coast calls to make sure everything is going ok. The closest grocery is Foodland. Just outside of walking distance for me. About 15 miles farther is Waikoloa Village . It has a KTA grocery store - a little smaller than a Safeway. I would consider staying with Kona Coast again. With two couples vacationing, this condo had way more amenities than two hotel rooms would and was cheaper.
