When you get "I don't want to go home" from 3 sisters, you know that the vacation went well. We were celebrating my son's wedding and had a couple of get large gatherings at the house . Security was very helpful with parking and directions. We would highly recommend this property for large groups

Great house. Great view. We will be back!

The view is beyond amazing. The local swimming area is about 4 houses down. The house was very nice.There was plenty of things to do very close. We had 4 generations from ages 81 to 4 years old and there was something for everyone. There were lots of positives about this property l, the only complaints, which is very minor are...the trash was full when we got there on Tuesday and they did not come on Thursday to set the cans out. We got one out there in time to get it dumped but the other remained full so we were limited on a place to get ride of our trash. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap because theirs was very generic with shampoo and a bar of soap only lol. The kitchen is set up in a very non flowing way. But has enough pots & pans etc to cook all your meals, if you so chose to. Like I said just minor things.

Unbelievable property on the Big Island. Mornings drinking coffee on the patio watching the morning the sun and ocean hitting the lava rocks and listening to the beauty that was Hawaii. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family of 10 vacationing and also our celebrating our 30th anniversary. Plenty of room for everyone in this island paradise. The Master BR was incredible with the views overlooking the beach and ocean which we woke up to everyday thinking we were in heaven. Large great room for everyone to gather after a day of exploring the island. The house is very private in a gated community yet a short walk in to town and to explore the area. Would definitely recommend walking over to Umeke's for fresh Poke but if you are a large party call ahead as we did have to wait one night longer than expect. Kona Brewery is just right next door for a nice pint. David at Kona Coast Vacations was a great source for local things to do and provided us with great advice and helped us book several trips while on the island. We were so sad to leave as we really became attached to the house and its beautiful location. Definitely would come back and stay on our next trip to the islands.

From the moment we arrived to when we left - nothing short of a sublime experience. We will be back!!!
