Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, der Garten sehr gepflegt, der Pool sauber und der kleine Strandbereich gut mit Liegen und mit Pikniktischen versehen, dazu Gasgrillstationen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden empfehlen.

No complaints from us. Kona Isle B38 is a great rental. The condo is tastefully decorated and has most things you might need during your stay. It has been well taken care of, the only problem we had was with the dish washer, it wouldn't drain completely but that was taken care of within a few hours of calling to report. Comfortable furniture and heavenly air conditioning. The manager does a great job of seeing to upkeep of buildings, grounds and is an asset to this resort.

This condo had everything thing we needed. Nicely updated. Very clean. AC works really well to keep you cool. We would stay here again with no hesitation

KCV was easy to deal with from the beginning to end. Spectacular communication and customer service skills. They answered every question within a couple hours and were extremely quick to respond when we were stranded at the airport and then locked out of our unit. We chose Kona Isle b38 and were impressed. The unit was better than the pictures indicated. Beach view in a very quiet complex. The unit was stocked with just about everything, including beach chairs, coffre grinder, french press, and to many other items to name. It was close to town and easy to find. KCV even allowed us to check out late due to a later flight that was delayed even further for Hurricane Lane. I would happily stay in the unit again. And use KCV again, considering they had no surprise fees at check out. Thanks again!

This is an amazing apt, so perfect, clean, organized, simply lovely, we were amazed that everything was thought out, we were sad to leave, we loved out stay!

Very good location, the city of Kona is only 4 minutes away and offers many opportunities to go out to eat or drink. The area is very nice and well maintained, but this also means occasional loud noise in the morning as mowing lawn. Another tip is to read the agreement well, post should not be sent to the apartment but only to the office of Cona Coast. In my case Cona Coast was very accommodating and tried to help me in every way. All in all a great place to stay that I can recommend.
