Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed our time they are very much the unit was very clean spacious and all of the amenities we want. There was a beautiful beach right across the street. The central air-conditioning was a real plus. Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wouldn't exactly call it "ocean view" but it was a nice apartment with a large lanai. The fact that it came with boogie boards and other beach goodies was great. All in all, we would use it again.

Reviewer Comments: excellent location. had problems with running out of hot water if three people took shower had problem with dripping from a/c return on day one. no problem afterward love seat had a tear in fabric that is visible
Aloha and thank you for the comments. The AC return line has been repaired. The owner has purchased new furniture for the living area, a new King bed, new ceiling fans, and some lanai furniture in Aug 2014. Hope to see you on your next visit to Kona.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, bright and comfortable for 4 adults. Great value condo, just as described. One of the few condos with single beds in the 2nd bedroom. Enjoyed the lanai , beach toys and air conditioning. Magic Sands Beach was not popular for swimming as powerful waves broke very close to shore, but Kahalu’u 1 mile down the road was fabulous for snorkeling. Only downside was that shopping was not walkable, and Kona Coast Vacations did not return several emails and phone calls.

Kona Coast Vacations is open 7 days a week, from 8:00 to 5:00 in order to assist our guests and owners with any reservation, maintenance issues or other concerns. We also have people on call after hours and a concierge available as well. We are usually very diligent with answering emails and phone calls so we are concerned that yours were not returned. We have recently changed our voice mail programs to automatically translate any voice messages to email messages so that any call will be tracked and sent to us immediately. This is should ensure that we do not miss any calls in the future. Again, we apologize for any miscommunication
