We travelled here as two families with small children and the house was perfect! It had everything we needed and more, very lovely home! Great location as well, 10-15 mins away from everything. Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely beautiful home! Plenty of space for everyone! The house has everything you can need and more! The only downfall is there is no air conditioning. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and would love to stay again!

Overall, this property is extremely nice and well maintained and located reasonably close to town and nice beaches. House is well appointed and had a great pool and views. Indoor and outdoor cooking setup were great. Had every utensil/appliance/dish you could need. The doors and fans work great to open the home up and cool the place too. Lack of AC was not an issue which was one of my initial big worries. Only a couple of issues that would have made me select 4.5 stars if possible (settled on 5 stars because the house is so nice and the property management company was very responsive). The views are slightly obstructed by two new properties being built across the street and down the hill - though we were disappointed by this and worried about construction noise at first it ended up only being a minor nuisance. You can see the lots being built in the photos so you have to imagine a house in those photos - look like single story dwellings though. (One was at framing stage and the other was foundation laying during our stay in early/mid July). The other issue was we had a surprising number of appliance issues given how nice the house is. The fridge wasn't cooling properly and we had to call on that - ended up a recurring issue where we reset the breaker which seemed to work. The dishwasher broke at some point (easy enough that a slightly handy person could fix it), and probably most annoying was we had several clothing articles damaged in the dryer so caution if you are using the dryer for more delicate items. It was also a bit odd given how much the rental costs that we weren't given control of the pool fountains and they were purely set to a timer. I get it that people are irresponsible and energy is expensive in Hawaii, but it would have been nice to have control so we could turn them on and off (especially to drown out some of the construction noise). Maybe an on button with an auto shut off would be a better solution. Overall these are pretty minor nits and both families thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We would consider coming back for sure.

Stunning vacation home! We truly enjoyed our stay! Kona Coast Vacations was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive! The pool was amazing. My family had a wonderful vacation! The house is fully stocked and very clean! I would stay here again!

Our stay at IO Way was fantastic. Beautifully appointed kitchen, a view that was amazing and a pool we spent many a day by. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly and professionally. Our family of 6 adults and 2 10 month old twins was very comfortable and would definitely recommend this to any one looking for a great family spot. Would have enjoyed some air conditioning but the large screened walls that led to the pool were awesome for cooling. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Only thing I could add is you need another guest book. The one at the house is full!! And we did use it for prior guest recommendations.
