At night the cool breeze would come through the bedroom window making for great sleeping. Very close to Kona shops, dining and beach next door.

All the furniture on the lanai was an added plus! We will defininately stay here again! This is a fabulous condo!

Yes the unit is a little dated but get over it. It's a rental. The main thing is its clean, the view is beautiful and you can walk to town. The pool area was great and a small beach is right next door. Plenty of parking. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Washer/Dryer is a bonus. Good Wi-Fi
