Great spot, so close to town. There was everything you needed for a home away from home. The kitchen had everything you needed.

Beautiful views, very large and spacious for 2. The place has everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to shops, bars, everything really. Coffee on the large lanai, gazing out over swaying palms into the ocean was a wonderful way to start your day and plan your adventures

Condo E630 was a great space. Clean, Quiet with water view and close to Kona action. My only complaint was the coffee maker took 45 minutes to an hour to brew. After a few days I had the Aloha spirit and didn't care about brew time. Thanks for the memories

Our stay was pretty good overall. The condo rental was in a central location close to the Royal Kona which has wonderful lobby and pool area. We would spend each morning having coffee in lobby of the Royal Kona and watching the dolphins perform in the bay. In the evenings we would sit at poolside of the Royal Kona and watch the luau shows. Short walk to markets and restaurants. Condo was clean and in good shape and very well stocked with kitchen tools. Good laundry facilities nice large bed and good bathroom facilities. Very large balcony which we used as a dinner and breakfast area and good view of the ocean ships and boats.

Great location & amazing condo that had everything a vacationing couple could want and only a few minutes walk into Kona...a great all-round stay. The folks at Kona Coast Vacations were also very polite and helpful throughout the stay. I will definitely use them again next time we visit the Big Island.

The unit was very spacious, very clean and well equipped for cooking. The AC in both living room and bedroom worked great and kept the entire place cool. The master bathroom was huge and the shower was massive! The 2nd bathroom was also fantastic. The lanai is very large. The complex is very quiet and confortable, and a very short was to great restaurants. If you are planning on beach gear, the unit had 3 folding chairs and 3 beach mats. You'll need an umbrella... but the Hawaiian beaches are wonderful, you won't need one :-). definitely a central place to stay in Kona!
