What a wonderful week we have had! My husband was not aware of how beautiful our view would be so when he walked in his jaw dropped. The property was clean, well stocked and perfectly located. We loved sleeping in the loft bedroom and waking to a view of the magnificent Pacific. Morning coffee on the lanai was such a treat and watching the tourists and bright lights of Alii Drive at night was magical. I hope we are fortunate to stay again sometime.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is absolutely AMAZING. It's modern, very open, lots of natural light, the kitchen is well stocked if you want to skip restaurants some evenings, there is a Sonos sounds system with speakers throughout the condo and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The best part of all is the view. We spent HOURS sitting on the lanai watching the spinner dolphins and saw multiple humpbacks. Walking distance to SO MANY bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. We are already planning another visit.

We had a great time staying at this condo. Everything is walking distance. The view is amazing, truly amazing.

Fully stocked and I mean fully stocked. We usually bring or buy essentials but really didn't have to here. And so many amenities. If you are an apple user, this is paradise. Apple computer, Apple TV , Chargers blue tooth speakers. iPod Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and linens high quality. Kitchen beautiful. Cooler and beach towels for use. Extremely clean. It the top floor so the views of the ocean marvelous. Their is even a balcony for sunning on the other side with beautiful views of the mountains If I ever come back this is where I will stay. The resorts to the north are nice but remote. This is centrally located to all the sights of the Kona side. Keypad lock also. So you don't have to worry about losing or carrying keys.

Thanks to the owner for sharing their home. I appreciated all the amenities including and especially the kitchen extras.( sharp knives, condiments and spices, water and ice in ref, good working appliances. The tv experience was excellent. Your effort with the lighting did not go unnoticed. Sensors in the baths .....nice! You have gone the extra mile to make 705 a great experience! Thank you.
