We were beyond happy and enjoyed the many things we hadn't expected, such as spices, sauces, etc in the kitchen The view was amazing and we enjoyed it to the fullest. Watching the dolphins playing and jumping was our favorite. If you are a strong swimmer and can safely navigate the rocky entrance and exit and you can snorkel out to the best dolphin site in the area right in front of the unit. Love watching the ships, dragon boats, etc and of course the sunset was breathtaking! Thank you for sharing this place with us!! We will return!! <3

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for 11 nights and had a wonderful time. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and had pretty much everything you could need including "just in case" items like extra towels and a first aid kit. We felt right at home from the first night. It was so nice to come back from exploring the island, cool off in the pool, and then spend the night relaxing in a comfortable place. The location is a very short drive to the heart of Kona and we had no problem getting to restaurants and attractions from the condo. It might even be walk-able for people more heat tolerant than myself. There is also a cafe a block or so down the road that serves breakfast, lunch, and coffee. The ocean view from the lanai is gorgeous! Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately by the friendly staff at Kona Coast Vacations. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to book with Kona Coast if we are ever back in the area.

This condo was so comfortable and had everything my partner and I needed during our 11 night stay, including little things you might not think to bring like a first aid kit and stain remover for clothes. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and a few small appliances including a blender and rice cooker. The condo was clean and quiet. I loved the location since the main downtown Kona area was just a few minutes drive down the road. It is so close that those more heat-tolerant than myself might be okay walking to the restaurants and shops, but driving wasn't an issue since we were able to find free parking every time we went into town. There is also a great little cafe (Green Flash) just next door that serves lunch, breakfast, smoothies and coffee.

The view from the lanai is phenomenal, overlooking both the ocean and the gorgeous pool of the neighboring condo complex. Ali'i village has a pool as well, which is large and well-maintained. It was quiet and wasn't crowded any time we used it. Kona Coast Vacations staff were in touch as soon as we checked in to welcome us to the island and they were friendly and quick when addressing any concerns or questions we had. This was a great spot for our vacation and we will definitely rent from Kona Coast again if we are back on the big island.

Thank you so much! We loved staying in this condo. Every single detail was thought of to make this a comfortable stay. We watched the sunset from the Lanai every night and saw some spinner dolphins our last morning. I will be renting this condo again and again. Its a great place.
