Beautiful home right on the ocean. Fifteen minute walk to the beach, great location to explore the island. Our family of seven loved it and had a great time. Management company answered any questions we had and did a great job of helping us with tours and suggestions. We will be back.

The house itself was beautiful, and the views were amazing. It was the perfect match for our eight adult family. The rooms were big and the king size beds were perfect for two people to share a room. They supplied with ample amounts of toiletries and towels. Only problems we had were the cockroaches and the smaller bugs. We were unable to use the jetted tub outside and the gate gave us a lot of problems with opening and closing, and eventually not opening at all because the motor was dead and the downstairs shower did not work. Overall, it provided us with all the amenities and beach supplies that we needed and felt just like home.

We do apologize, however, for the issues you encountered during your visit. This summer has been particularly humid here in Kona, which unfortunately creates ideal conditions for pests. While our homes are treated quarterly by professional pest control services, we've added extra treatments this season to combat the increased activity.
We also appreciate you bringing the gate, shower, and jetted tub concerns to our attention. We’ve since notified the property owner about the gate and addressed the maintenance issues you mentioned to ensure future guests have a seamless experience.
