Kona Coast Vacations customer service is a 5 star. Our unit was a bit tired and had a few minor issues that the KCV team took care of for us - they provided excellent service during our stay.

The unit is getting tired. The carpets are very warn and need a good cleaning. Paint need to be redone inside dirty walls , and marks everywhere. Garage door opener did not work Fred Gouge

We will have someone look further into your report on the walls. The garage clicker is not available for guest use, so you may have found an old one in the unit that does not have batteries. We love staying in the Fairways and the condo we chose for this visit is now our favorite.! Booking through KCV is so easy, their communication and customer service is top-notch! We will definitely be calling upon them for future visits. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and with 2 little kids it was great for us to use the mauni lani beach club. The water there was young children friendly and we got to see snorkel and see fish. The house was more than spacious for the four of us. It was clean and parking is just right out of the door.

Great place for family of 4. We felt completely at home. Would have liked a larger lanai but was fine for the 4 of us. Very nice to supply beach chairs. Beds were very comfortable and loved having the ceiling fans. Kitchen was nicely stocked
