It was our first time staying at Waikoloa Colony 303 House of the sun. The unit was very clean with all the amenities that you need. The pool is just a 2-3 minute walk from the unit. The grounds are well kept. Very quiet and peaceful. Already looking at dates for our next visit. Definitely would stay in this unit again.

This is our second stay in this unit. It is exceptionally well stocked! We found everything we needed and then some. Very clean and comfortable. The property as a whole is also quiet and very well maintained.

Perfect location for all the great beaches.. Condo was fully stocked with comfortable beds and cool decor.. Lots of beach toys.. Only thing we could of used were 2 more Tommy Bahama Chairs and bigger boogie boards if the waves were bigger.. Other than that perfect!
