We loved our stay. The apartment was very spacious and beautiful. The view was amazing, we even saw some dolphins and whales from the balcony. A short stroll to the restaurants and cafes.

This may be the nicest condo in Kona. On the 7th floor of the Kona Alii with direct views of the ocean. A spotting scope in the unit allows you to look for whales, dolphins, and see the cruise ship - but you can see the yellow tang below with the naked eye. There is a lanai overlooking the water with a table and chairs, and two lounge chairs. There is a back patio that looks at the mountain. Two bedrooms, both with full bathrooms, and A/C throughout make it possible to sleep at least 4 people in comfort. Kitchen is beautiful with everything you'll need and more. Full laundry room. Bright, comfortable living room with great seating and a table and chairs for dining. The unit comes with a safe parking space off of Kuakini, and you can walk from the unit to many restaurants and to the King Kam beach. Safe, quiet, comfortable. Five stars.

We had a wonderful stay! Highlights included stunning ocean views, well equipped & clean property, very comfortable king sized beds, and location was unbeatable with restaurants and shops right outside the door. Lots of high tech touches.

What a location ! Super close to some great restaurants and shops. The space was really nice - lots of nice touches. We really enjoyed the spotting scope - it was perfect for watching the school of dolphins that came to play one morning.
