The place was in a perfect location! We walked everywhere! Close to the ferry, shopping, and reataurants. It was perfect for us to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. Ckean and well kept! The hosts were quick to respond and amazing to deal with. We will be back!

The house is small, but it was clean and just enough room for our family vacation. The location is amazing. The neighborhood is like a Hallmark movie. We had the best time and will be back soon.

This place was great and right in the middle of everything you’d hope to be around in Newport Beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, so something to keep in mind depending on your plans. Overall, would highly recommend.

We loved this rental! It was so cute and totally worked for us. It's how the homes on Balboa were when I was growing up, so it's exactly what we were looking for. Super cute, clean, and quiet. Close to the ferry and totally decent parking.

A very cute little cottage with everything you need. All instructions and communication was clear and easy to follow - making for a seamless stay. Everything on Balboa Island is within walking distance so location was great.

This is a perfect beach cottage for a small family. The three kids loved the triple bunkbeds! We love the island and enjoyed our stay. This cottage has everything you need to be comfortable and happy. Parking on the street was not a problem - there was always space near the cottage. This location is great,.
