Outstanding stay on Balboa Island. By far one of our favorite vacations. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive from start to finish. We loved walking for everything we needed. We could get to the ferry, beach, restaurants, and markets in minutes. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing visit to Balboa Five Stars, can't wait to rebook! Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb on Balboa Island! The place was very clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly relaxing. It had everything we needed for a perfect vacation getaway. The location was amazing, I loved that there was parking and we didn’t have to park on the street. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place, very clean exactly like the photos. Good parking spot and lots of amenities in the kitchen, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, with amazing amenities and walk to beach. Parking! There is a driveway to park in if needed, which is great because everyone seems to park on the street. We wish we had more time to stay and will be back again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is easy to access on Balboa Island and has a roomy garage. The area is beautiful and walks with views of the harbor, boats and epic holiday lights were great. Todos Santos Mexican restaurant was great and 25 yards away. The Airbnb itself is newly renovated and had everything we needed.

El lugar excelente. La casa era tal cual se describió en la publicación. El vecindario bastante acogedor. Un lugar para regresar muchas veces. Ubicación excelente. Bastante cómoda y acogedora la casa. Mucho que hacer el la zona. Definitivamente una opción si lo que se busca es un lugar tranquilo, acogedor, cómodo y con buena ubicación. La comunicación con NB Vacation Properties no fue ágil.

This was exactly as shown in the post and close to the ferry, shops, and easy to walk to town. Newport Rentals communicated all information well on how to enter and exactly what was expected. Lovely little rental for a family or a few friends! Seemed newly remodeled and everything worked well. Thank you for a great week on Balboa Island. Being on the island, what is there to say but we will be back soon!

Very nice cottage and the updated kitchen and baths were really nice.One thing was that the bunk bed was very close to the ceiling and you could not use the ceiling fan if someone slept up there because it would likely hit them as they enter/exit the bed on the ladder
