Beautiful home, with amazing amenities and walk to beach. Parking! There is a driveway to park in if needed, which is great because everyone seems to park on the street. We wish we had more time to stay and will be back again!

a earlier review said to much light from the Neighbors lights came through the master bedroom curtains. that has been corrected, no issues

Great spot on Balboa Island, and parking was key! Well-equipped and comfortable and very responsive hosts.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is easy to access on Balboa Island and has a roomy garage. The area is beautiful and walks with views of the harbor, boats and epic holiday lights were great. Todos Santos Mexican restaurant was great and 25 yards away. The Airbnb itself is newly renovated and had everything we needed.

Bastante cómoda y acogedora la casa. Mucho que hacer el la zona. Definitivamente una opción si lo que se busca es un lugar tranquilo, acogedor, cómodo y con buena ubicación. La comunicación con NB Vacation Properties no fue ágil.

Had to keep resetting the air conditioner circuit breaker.

This was exactly as shown in the post and close to the ferry, shops, and easy to walk to town. Newport Rentals communicated all information well on how to enter and exactly what was expected. Lovely little rental for a family or a few friends! Seemed newly remodeled and everything worked well. Thank you for a great week on Balboa Island. Being on the island, what is there to say but we will be back soon!

Very nice cottage and the updated kitchen and baths were really nice.One thing was that the bunk bed was very close to the ceiling and you could not use the ceiling fan if someone slept up there because it would likely hit them as they enter/exit the bed on the ladder

This was a great place to stay for my family of 4. We hope to stay again in the future.

We so very much enjoyed our family vacation on Balboa Island - the place was absolutely perfect for the 6 of us adults! It was beautifully remodeled and very comfortable for us. From the start of the day with coffee on the patio, to a wonderful walk around the island and other adventures close by, and then wrapping up each day gathered in the kitchen or back on the patio for some drinks, bbq, and dinner and games together - every day was a blast! We also enjoyed exploring restaurants on the Balboa Peninsula, and the Ferry ride over toward the beach and Fun Zone. Having the two bathrooms made a big difference, as did the two parking spaces. Although street parking was pretty easy to come by too. We had a great time and definitely plan to return as soon as we can!

We travelled from England to enjoy a 4 night stay on Balboa island visiting family in Anaheim.
Bolboa island is fabulous, the property is fantastically located, it's quiet during the night and lively during the day.
I enjoyed early morning runs around the island, lunch on the island and ferry rides across to the bay.
I can't wait to bring my family back next year.
