Great little house only steps to the beach. Amazing location. Host was very responsive as well. Only gripes were the furniture being a little outdated and in need of a deep cleaning and sandy floors but otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay, place was clean and spacious. A more flexible check in time would have been really helpful. Host was very responsive

Hotel was overran with people being very loud and mattresses had some pee stains and other various stains on curtains, etc. People outside screaming at 12am. Otherwise it was a good stay.

We had a great stay. Benchmark was quick to respond and very kind. Will be back!
