Beautiful condo and beautiful location. Love the private beach. Loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Great place w easy access to PC and Destin being each about 50 minutes away! Grayson state park is a hidden gem!

Everything was great...The view from the room is excellent!!!The only thing that is missing is a stove..We really had a wonderful stay..The room was clean, bathroom was clean & the bed was comfortable...i will be booking again....Thank you

The condo looked just as it was listed only better in person. The only thing I would have changed about this condo would have been the seating. Small children and bar stools didnt mix well. The bunk beds were perfect. Other beds were quite squeaky...

I had to contact Benchmark a few times during our stay and they were extremely responsive and attentive. I really appreciated the effort they made. The condo is great; easy access to the beach and well-stocked.
