My first time renting through Benchmark was absolutely seamless. Communication was spot on. Our condo was exactly as described. Our birthday beach extravaganza was perfect!

it was a lovely condo with and incredible view and access to the pristine beach with Umbrellas and chairs for our use. we loved it!
