For an airbnb that allows pets, it's squeaky clean and spotless. This house was clean, smelled clean, and had the basic necessities to eat, clean, relax, and sleep well. Other pet-friendlies I've visited have been filthy, where I felt comfortable at all times here.
Its location is in one of the best neighborhoods in Dallas, and it is a short drive to pharmacies, grocery stores, and local businesses. Parking is ample, and there was no noise on the street. The backyard was a big quality-of-life boost for our dogs, and it's a peaceful neighborhood to walk dogs in general.
Small critique for me is the ceiling fan makes a tapping noise that's nagging to sleep through, and the A/C is relatively weak in a summer heatwave. But I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The duplex is so spacious and open. And it is so lovely. The location was perfect when I saw my son and daughter-in-law. If available I will choose this one again. And my puppy loved the yard and taking her walks around the neighborhood and park down the street!!

Clean, comfortable, spacious. Myself and 3 friends stayed for the World Cup. Perfect based for our couple of days in Dallas.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Such a great home with lots of space to hang out and relax in a great neighborhood. The home was clean and well kept with all the amenities we needed, including some yard space for our pup to run around. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Would love to stay again the next time we visit Dallas.
