Overall the property was as expected. It is handled by a management company and that made communication frustrating, especially for check out. We received 3 different sets of check out instructions in 3 different ways, with the instructions requiring the most items not being sent until more than an hour after check out.

We returned to this Preston Hollow condo for a second stay as we love this location and appreciate how clean, safe, and quiet both it and the neighborhood are. Hosts have immediately responded to any questions we have had during our 2 stays. It is this professionalism and consistency that will bring us back in the future.

Light, bright, quiet condo with locked gate entry situated in a peaceful and seemingly safe neighborhood. Shopping center with grocery, restaurants and other shops was within walking distance. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms had good window coverage and updated bathrooms had good water pressure. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots/pans and appliances. This is the perfect location if you are visiting the Preston Hollow area and we will likely return.

Place was very clean & felt homey. Host was very nice & great with communication. Really enjoyed it here after having to leave my first Airbnb due to it being dirty & in a bad area. Thank you ! Would definitely stay again.
