We were in town due to sad circumstances- our dad had a heart attack while on a layover in the Dallas airport and we needed a place close to the ICU to rest and cook. The kitchen was not appointed well and there were very loud bars nearby (but they did promptly shut down music at 10 pm during the week and 11:30 on the weekend). The condo is in an area that has an industrial feel. The rental company was responsive although not always super helpful. It felt very business-like and corporate.
