Nice cozy place to stay

Rental was listed as a 4bed/3bath & it only had 2 bathrooms…the only reason we picked this house over another rental was because we have 3 adult couples in our group & specifically wanted 3 bathrooms!! I reached out & I was told “sorry for the inconvenience” & no further response. The light in 1 of the bedrooms would continuously turn on in the middle of the night while sleeping! The walls in the hall bathroom are filthy, there were ants on the kitchen counters, we couldn’t get connected to the WiFi, the living room rug is nasty, part of the fence in backyard is knocked down. Aside from the listed above, the location is good & the beds & linens were clean.

Great place to stay close to downtown. Lots of restaurants in the area. Overall great experience. Area seems a little sketchy but we had no issues.

Very fun, very nice and neat inside throughout, would recommend for all ages.

Rent on Your Term's property is a cute bongloo style property. Nicely tucked in the neighborhood. With nice up to date style kitchen and bathrooms. Feels comfortable and cozy just like home. Highly recommend staying at this location and checking out the Farmers Market held every Saturday in the Historical District. My kids and I were able to walk everywhere, explored the Historic District. Lots of great food, bars, and sights.

The stay here was great! Host was very responsive! Quiet neighborhood. Close to major stores.
