Cool place. Great location! Easy walk to places on Greenville and Skillman. Also has a ping pong which was a nice add on.

Very nice and spacious. Tv was missing from living room but after calling them they came right over the next morning and installed one

Great location for Lower Greenville and Downtown activities

Loved our stay! The air bnb was super close to the downtown so we were able to walk to bars / restaurants / and shops within 5 mins. Would definitely recommend

I was in Dallas for a weekend conference downtown at the Marriott. This house was so convenient- 10 minute or less drive. This area seems to be getting rehabilitated with lots of young professionals about town enjoying the restaurants, walking dogs, etc. It felt very safe. The home has a bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 stories, so three each in total. Lots of room to spread out if desired. The home could use more updating, but beds were comfortable and the water was hot so I’d definitely come back. FYI- if you have someone with bad knees or inability to walk up stairs then this is not the home for your group- the main level (kitchen and living) is up 2 flights of stairs. The master bedroom is up 4 flights of stairs.
