Came to Fort Worth for a concert at Dickies Arena and found this place on VRBO—what a steal! The location is super convenient, about as central as you could ask for, especially for the price. The unit was nice, clean, cute, and comfortable. The AC works AMAZING, all of the appliances were in great condition, the bed was huge and comfy, the walk-in closet was clutch, and covered parking was a huge plus. There are several great spots within walking distance, and the area is very vegan-, gluten-free-, and gluten-friendly. Cherry Coffee Shop and Crude Coffee are both a MUST, and Salsa Limón was insanely good. We even ended up getting an impromptu tattoo from Blake at Heartless Tattoo, which is located inside the hair salon in the same shopping strip. He was super fast, very affordable, and as nice as could be!Quick tips for arrival/entry: if you’re in the ground-level unit, ignore the instructions that say there are “two ways” to enter the building and just go STRAIGHT to the unit door inside the parking garage. We arrived at night & lugged our bags up & down the stairs trying to find a first-floor entrance after going through the main entrance. The main entrance is just staircases leading to 2nd/3rd floor units. When you leave, shut the door and press the little cog/wheel button on that keypad to lock it. That part wasn’t included in the instructions so hopefully this saves someone else some confusion!The unit was very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Magnolia Street area ended up being one of our favorite parts. There are several great spots within walking distance, and the area is very vegan-, gluten-free-, and gluten-friendly. That part wasn’t included in the instructions we received, so hopefully this saves someone else some confusion! The unit was mostly very quiet. The AC is a little startling when it kicks on, and you can hear the keypad beep if someone enters through the main entrance, but that was really it. We couldn’t hear people walking around or much noise from the other units. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend if you want something affordable, comfortable, walkable, and centrally located in Fort Worth!

My experience was AMAZING! The apartment looked just liked the pictures. It was very cutesy and quaint. I was able to park 5 feet from my apartment. The Team was very responsive to my calls and emails when I had questions. I was in town for my Family Reunion and I was able to have a HOME away from my home in California. I would recommend this host Team and property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Fort Worth area. Thank you for making this trip a wonderful experience for me, you are AWESOME!

The Corbin was my HOME away from home. It was cute and quaint with all of the amenities that I needed. The Rent On Your Terms Team was very professional, polite and responsive. Their customer service was a 12 out of a 10! This is definitely my "Go To" Airbnb when I am in the Dallas/Fort Worth area!😘💕💕

Very clean, roomy, great location and great parking! Would stay again for sure. Next time we would bring our own shampoo, etc. as the tiny bottle provided is not enough. Every other vacation rental we have stayed at has provided toiletries in large squirt bottles so we were not prepared for this. Also, there were three towels and they were not the best quality so bring your own towels if you prefer. Overall a great place to stay!
