We had a lovely stay in this spacious and well decorated apartment. The bed was super comfy. It was a perfect location and space for my husband and I as we attended a conference. We will definitely stay here again!

It was such a comfortable and beautifully decorated space. Great location and had everything needed!! Wry clean as well. Highly recommend a great place to stay-you will be very glad you chose this property.

Spent the night before the races. Went and found food and came back to relax. Perfect cute little place. My fiance thanked me for always finding such great places. We will recommend for sure!

It was a great girls weekend spot. far enough away from downtown that it was quiet but close enough that it was only like a five minute drive, two food and entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay at Rent On Your Terms's place! It was easy to find, and the best thing was the communication. Any and all questions were answered within minutes - even late at night when we were unsure of parking! The location was super convenient to Dickies Arena and other attractions. 10/10 would recommend staying with Rent On Your Terms.

The property was very clean. It’s in a perfect quiet location where everything is a short drive away. The check in instructions were easy to follow and so were the check out instructions.

Loved the place.Caveat - No elevator for this 3 story building. The 1st level is parking. Living space floors 2 and 3.
