Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. We booked this property as a last-minute replacement after another reservation was canceled due to HVAC issues, so we were hoping for a comparable experience. Unfortunately, this home had many maintenance problems that significantly impacted our stay.
The air conditioning never cooled the home properly, making it uncomfortable throughout our visit. The washing machine did not work, which was especially difficult for our group of 10 since there were not enough towels provided and no way to wash them. The pool, one of the main reasons we chose this property, had was not maintained and had visible algae and trash at the bottom and was unavailable for use until the evening of day 2.
What was most frustrating was the lack of meaningful accommodations despite these ongoing issues. We were not offered alternative lodging, a portable air conditioner, an immediate refund so we could secure another place to stay, or any other reasonable solution.

Great location, 10 minute walk to a very lively and fun bishops arts district, lots of great bars and restaurants. Ideal place for a large group. Pool was not in great shape when we arrived, but they got the pool guy out and he sorted it pretty fast!

My stay at the property was wonderful. Great space will rent again.

Beautiful place. Very spacious, spotless, and conveniently located near so many attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay. The living area is huge as are the two bedrooms that hold the two beds. Loved the walk in closet & the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes. We did have a bit of trouble using the pool as it had algae In it as well as leaves but it was addressed fairly quickly. One of our off premises reservations was canceled so we were able to leave a day early with a full refund so that was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a larger crew.
