This house was very aesthetically pleasing and clean! The first thing we noticed was that it was very clean like a hotel. The hosts were professional and responsive. Would definitely stay at this house again!

Our Airbnb was such a beautiful gem! The house was immaculate and much more roomy than I expected. I really appreciate that they had all the amenities we needed—no need to buy extra stuff. The host was great with their communication and answered any questions we had quickly. The pictures and description were spot on too. Sadly, the weather didn’t allow us to use the pool, but it was still so gorgeous to look at. They’ve created a perfect little oasis outdoors with privacy in mind. Thank you for opening your home to us ladies. We hope to stay with you again in the future.

We had a great time at this property, couldn't ask for anything better. The house was better then the pictures. The pool was great even provided pool towels. Will definitely stay again for the next holiday!

Wow great place We live in town and just needed a bigger place for family to gather, this was an amazing find. Right across from a park for the kids or for a nice walk. The neighborhood is quiet. Even though you are off a mid-low busy street, you don’t hear the traffic. The house has everything. The enclosed LARGE porch is amazing lots of gathering spots. The furniture fits the space. Beds are comfy, master bedroom has a huge bathroom. The other two bedrooms a get size too. The pool is well secure in case you have little ones.
It’s near good restaurants, an awesome grocery store. 10 minutes to Northpark and 15 minutes to downtown. We will book again

I am so grateful Rent on your terms was so responsive. We had to change reservations the same day. Most host declined the reservation. They responded quickly and accepted the reservation. We showed up at our other reservation and someone else was there. It was double booked. We were stranded for 4 hours. So we were very grateful and pleased with our stay.

My daughter has spent the past four years in Dallas for college. During that time we have rented at least a dozen houses in the area. This house is the best one we have stayed in. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and centrally located. Our favorite part was the screened in porch. We spent a lot of time there in the mornings and evenings and in the pool during the heat of the day. One reviewer commented about it being on a busy street, but that was not an issue for us. The only negative was actually getting into the house. We were told not to park on the street, but in the garage in the back. However, there is no way to access the house from the alley. You need to walk around to the front to get in. This was mildly annoying. Access to a garage door opener or a code for the garage would have been very useful. That being said, I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning.

A lovely place to stay. The furnishings and overall feel of the house is better than the pictures. The space was very spacious and had lots of hangout places to relax and socialize in. The screened in porch was amazing and we used it a bunch while the weather was good.
We had a few questions during our stay and found the management company very responsive.

Great house. Very accurate description. The only thing that was a little awkward was getting to the front door when parked in the driveway.
