The place was very clean and the open kitchen-living-dining area was exactly what we were looking for. It was also really convenient to restaurants and shopping.

I read all the previous reviews. The house was perfect for our family and right around the corner from my daughter, so it was so easily accessible. As other reviews had stated the single bed bedroom. The bed was pretty squeaky, the bathroom definitely needed updating, and there is a lot of light that comes in through The Venetian blinds. It did not bother us as we did not live there. We were gone quite a bit, but it was perfectly efficient for our vacation. We definitely would go back and visit again at that location.

Very clean & felt bigger than what the pictures showed! Great location on a quiet street but walking distance to Greenville Ave!
My only compliant is that all the surrounding homes have bright lights on at night & the blinds don’t keep out the light so it’s quite bright in the room at night, which made it hard for my toddler to sleep.

Great stay for our family. Easy to walk to plenty of restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, grocery, etc. It is Dallas, so you will need a car to go beyond that, but you could absolutely spend all your time within walking distance of this great location. Would stay again.

Домик прекрасный! Расположен на тихой безопасной улице совсем близко ко всему в Далласе. Большой, с огромным задним двориком и балконом с грилем. Все есть из бытовой техники и посуды для полноценного проживания. Мы ни в чем не нуждались. И отдельное спасибо за большое количество полотенец. В одной из ванных комнат ванна совсем плоха, можно было только принимать там душ.
