nice place to stay quick response when it was needed exceed expectations

This house was amazing! It is very nice and updated inside and the layout is great! There is so much room for a group! And with temperatures topping over 100 degrees, the sparkling clean pool was a delight! Heath was instantaneous with his responses! Will come back to explore more of Bishop Arts District when weather is not sweltering! Lovely place!

We stayed at Heath’s place for a few days to get away and have access to a private pool. Heath was great with communication! His place had everything we needed from the Shampoo and Conditioner in the restroom to some pool toys. We brought our own though. He had cold water for us in the fridge when we got there which was a nice touch. Its located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s right behind a cafe (Norma’s Cafe )I recommend the Meatloaf! There are several restaurants in walking distance. There is a family Dollar in walking distance too. Walmart is about 12 mins away. If you love tacos like we do we recommend Cesar’s Tacos not the one by Jack in the Box. This one is about 2 miles down to the right on W Davis. The pool is great! It’s start at 3’ and goes to 10’ it drops off pretty fast so be careful. Nice lounge chairs to get some tanning and nice patio to have a nice dinner or a few cold ones outside lighted by the pool . The only complaint I had were the beds. They were uncomfortable spring mattresses. We have memory foam beds at home . It was a bit of an adjustment. Everything else was superb. I would recommend to others for sure!

This home is perfect for a large family and gatherings. The pictures that are shown is exactly like the house. The house was clean. The appliances are top of the line. The house is about 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. The neihhborhood was quiet and friendly. You will not be disappointed.

Again, thank you Heath for the pleasant stay during our nephews wedding. This house was the perfect meeting point for the wedding party! The house was clean and spacious. The pool was the perfect for the hot Texas days! If you are ever in Texas definitely stay here!

Heath is a great host

Heath’s home was perfect for our two families to enjoy a long weekend together with our three young boys. The setup was great (we each had our own side of the home) and the living area was large and open. And the pool was a lot of fun! Heath was responsive and the home had everything we needed for a fun weekend.

Heath is very helpful and friendly. His places are great. Highly recommended.
