The house looked like the pictures. There were some small spills on a couple pieces of furniture but we enjoyed our stay. Heath is a great communicator.

The house is very large and spacious. We found the house to be pristinely clean and the beds super comfortable. There is a full kitchen with cooking supplies and condiments. The back yard is very clean and has plenty of chairs where you can relax and even sit and watch the stars at night. Although my family and I traveled in one car, there is plenty of parking space for at least 2 cars in the driveway and one on the street. Heath is extremely helpful and responds to messages quickly. We are very glad we stayed at Heath's lovely home and would stay here again if we are ever in Dallas, again. If you're looking for a great house, a safe neighborhood, comfortable beds and a great price, this is it!

Great little spot. Check-in was super easy, the location is great, plenty of towels and housewares, everything was nice and clean, lots of room to enjoy conversation without being in a bedroom, big island for gathering to chat in the kitchen/living space, Heath was very communicative and available throughout. Would definitely stay at his place again, highly recommended!

The home was great; the layout with the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the kitchen, with their own bathrooms worked well for us. The Lower Greenville area is a short 4 blocks away, with plenty of great eating and shopping options. Everything worked well so we had a wonderful visit to Dallas.

Heath’s house was excellent and is just as pictured! He was a very responsive host and we loved our stay at his house. The location is absolutely terrific - walking distance to many restaurants, shops and even Trader Joe’s! We would absolutely stay here again. Highly highly recommend!
