Heaths place was clean and exactly like the pictures. There were pool floats and plenty of fresh towels. He was quick to respond to me prior to the stay with any questions as well as during our stay. I would recommend this home!

Nice clean space big enough for a huge group of people

Excellent place, great location walking distance to a very trendy set of restaurant and bars and a short ride via Uber or Lyft into downtown. Spacious, great amenities, plenty of room for our group!

House was beautiful. Only downfall was not being able to utilize the pool because it wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival.

House is excellent, this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and will be the first place I look to when returning. Easy Access to highway, about 20-25 mins to The Ford Centre, AT&T stadium, Stockyards, Grapevine and 10-15mins downtown Dallas, so ideal if you’re going to visit lots of areas. The Bishop Arts district just a 15min Walk is lovely place to go at night for dinner and al fresco drink.
House is well presented and has more than the minimum requirements, plenty of towels, toilet roll, soap etc.
Just read checkin instructions properly to make sure you pull door when entering access code.

Great house for a group. We loved staying in the Bishop Arts district and enjoyed the amazing restaurants each evening. So many cute instagramable areas and murals :-). Host provided a clean house, a fridge full of water and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. I loved being outside of downtown (where I’ve stayed in the past) but still within 15 min to all the major Dallas sites. Great house with 6 queen beds!

Awesome experience.

Heath's place was one of a kind! After our group had a booking issue with another site, we contacted Air bnb, and Heath came through for us. The house was clean, spacious and in a great location (The Bishop Arts District). The pool was a great addition. This house did not disappoint at all, and the pool was a welcome addition.

I loved this house because it was sparkling clean and also very conveniently located not far from downtown. The host were wonderful and provided everything we needed in a timely manner.
