We were originally booked at another Square House Airbnb location, but when we got there it was still uncleaned. When we reached out to Heath and the Square House team they were very responsive, immediately apologized and offered us to stay at another of their locations instead. This new location, the bungalow house, was very clean upon arriving and the location was similar to where we originally booked, so we were very happy that we still got to enjoy the neighborhood we had originally hoped to! Great location and very thankful that the Square House team was able to work with us make our stay in Dallas very enjoyable!

Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. The house was perfect for two co workers traveling together, we both had privacy, the location was perfect and checking check out was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again

Excellent host and great location

After experiencing an Airbnb host from hell within minutes, I decided to book with heaths place and I was EXTREMELY please with how accommodating they were. The first place wasn’t really livable but they went an extra mile and found me another listing under their company that we could use. Might I say this home is old but very well renovated and beautiful on the inside and the outside. Neighborhood was extremely friendly and neighbors were even nicer! The block seemed to be very dog friendly, everyone has a dog which didn’t bother me at all. Pretty quiet at night considering how many dogs lived in the same street. The only thing I would say I didn’t like was the bedroom in the second bedroom was broken so my brother had to sleep on the couch, there were ants in the bathroom but I figured it’s because the grounds outside had a lot of ants! Everything else was great, clean and the hosts were great in communicating every step of the way! BOOK! BOOK! BOOK!

Heath was a great host and the house was perfect for 3 friends coming in town for a funeral. We were all flying in from different airports but getting to the house was no problem. We each had our own queen size bed and the two bathrooms in the house were great for our needs.
We loved being able to stay together to share this experience. Health's house was in a great neighborhood and we were able to visit with our friend who lost his dad very easily because he lived close by.
The instructions to get in and out were super easy.
The reviews for this house were accurate and we were not surprised by anything. Great experience.
