We enjoyed our stay. Area was quiet. Parking our car in garage was nice. I loved that entrance was at ground level. The location is conveniently located to Dickies center and several good restaurants and coffee shops. The goodies left in the kitchen were nice. In-suite laundry is awesome. We would definitely come back! The host was communicative with us and we would highly recommend this condo!

Nice place. AC didn’t work and it was very easy to make accommodations. Would say that typically it is difficult to get hosts to work with you around this issue. The host was great and worked with us to make things right!! Definitely would recommend!!

Jay was great to deal with; we had an unfortunate situation arise and had to check out early, but Jay was proactive in helping us through that situation.
The unit itself was immaculate and well worth the price.

My daughter has spent the past four years in Dallas for college. During that time we have rented at least a dozen houses in the area. This house is the best one we have stayed in. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and centrally located. Our favorite part was the screened in porch. We spent a lot of time there in the mornings and evenings and in the pool during the heat of the day. One reviewer commented about it being on a busy street, but that was not an issue for us. The only negative was actually getting into the house. We were told not to park on the street, but in the garage in the back. However, there is no way to access the house from the alley. You need to walk around to the front to get in. This was mildly annoying. Access to a garage door opener or a code for the garage would have been very useful. That being said, I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning.

Extremely high-quality well built home in the heart of Dallas and Knox.. Great access to Katy Trail and surrounding shops and restaurants. Quiet dead end street. Awesome common area and kitchen, lower level master is huge. Upper bedroom is great, but the bathroom is a little small. Still works great.surrounded by 2-5 million dollar homes.
