Had a great overall stay. House was clean when we arrived, plenty of room for 6 guests to stay comfortably. Kitchen stocked with essentials, pots, pans, knives, silverware, plates, cups, bowls, and new appliances. Host was very responsive to messages and had clear instructions on how everything worked. Great location next door to a dinner with great breakfast and a few other restaurants, about a 15-20 min Uber/Lyft ride to central downtown.

This place was amazing, from the outside it looks very small but when you walk in it's a very spacious home. The only problems I had was not knowing how to turn the pool on, the pool also wasn't clean and they said we had to clean it ourselves because the pool guy only comes on Thursdays. When I got there to check in the cleaning crew were still there so I had to wait an hour for them to be done. The refrigerator also kept going off and on. Other than that, I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Will definitely book again!

Heath maintained a very clean space and was able to accommodate us on such a short notice. There was plenty of bedrooms, and beds to accompany a very large family. The pool out back was well kept, though didn’t have the opportunity to utilize it (next time).
This is a freshly remodeled place and was done very well, a definite two thumbs up! I’d recommend Heath and his property for anyone looking to have a warm stay near the Dallas Bishop Arts District!

The house is great! The living room is very spacious and great for large groups. The patio is a wonderful touch, although the pool is a little cold. Would definitely recommend this place for any group looking to enjoy themselves in Dallas with minimum Uber expenses.

The house is just as pictured. Quick responses. I asked that the pool be cleaned upon my arrival and someone came within 20 minutes to clean it. Great place for families. The pool was so much fun!! Thanks for everything Heath.

This was the perfect getaway for big groups or for a family vacation. The house was super clean, pool was amazing and it had all the necessities. Definitely a great stay!
