Terrific location for me. I had work to do nearby, short walk to my work location and short walk to some good restaurants. Lots of other very good restaurants nearby

great stay worth the price

Awesome place, helpful management!

Overall place was great. The listing should state the room is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied for 3 nights. Though this trip I did not plan on cooking, there were no basic cooking supplies, ( cooking spray, salt, pepper,ext). Most place with kitchens supply basics.I would stay here again.

We were in town for a conference so perfect for us. 8 to 10 min walk to KBH Center or 1 min drive. Easy to park in the building garage. Home is great with superb views of the city. Cons; third bedroom isn't really a bedroom and although we didn't use it, would have been awkward should we have had a 3rd work colleague with us as they would have to share an on-suite bathroom - I'd have no problem with this for a family stay. Weather in Dallas was really cold during our stay so heating was on which made the downstairs bedroom crazy warm to sleep in and we couldn't figure out how to turn it down. That said - small issues that wouldn't stop me going back. 4 Corners brewing a walk away was great for be as I love breweries! All in all highly recommended and would stay again - Many thanks.

Overall it was a great stay. But a few things stood out - place could use a deep cleaning, fans in bedrooms were wonky, not enough towels, top dead bolt doesn’t fit in the hole in the wall. Just a few things we noticed, but like I said, it was a great property and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. Instructions were clear & free parking in the garage was amazing!

Mi segunda casa!

We had an amazing stay! The home is gorgeous and so spacious! Our favorite things were the high ceilings, kitchen, cozy fireplace, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, great neighborhood and private backyard. All the furniture was good quality and incredibly comfortable.
The host had great and quick communication and we would absolutely stay here again.
