The hosts were very responsive, the house and furnishings were very nice and seemed quite new, and it met all our needs. You should know the location isn't the nicest part of town, but very convenient to hospitals if that's what you need, and not too far from West 7th or downtown areas. We had a few issues like the oven and dishwasher didn't work, but hosts were totally responsive and it wasn't a big deal for us. Laundry in the unit was great! Overall a great stay!

Very solid offering for short and medium term rentals. Location is great: Southside is burgeoning and building is a short walk to coffee, convenience, Panther City BBQ and Magnolia Street. Room has everything you need. Read the guest policy carefully because it is stringent. Responsive host.

Place was modern , comfy and clean . They don’t have elevator so you will have to use the stairs for everything . Very close to down town !
Other than that very cozy spacious environment :) . Will stay again !

Loved our stay!! Everything was close by, easy to find, and felt right at home. Host was helpful, quick to respond, and friendly. Would return again!

Very clean, nice location. Overall I highly recommend it, however, I was a bit disappointed there was no hair dryer in the room - this should be standard for any airBnB/hotel. Otherwise great!
