I am so grateful Rent on your terms was so responsive. We had to change reservations the same day. Most host declined the reservation. They responded quickly and accepted the reservation. We showed up at our other reservation and someone else was there. It was double booked. We were stranded for 4 hours. So we were very grateful and pleased with our stay.

Spent the weekend exploring the DFW area and after a long day of the hustle and bustle of the city, it was great to unwind to a clean and peaceful setting. Don’t let the pictures fool you, it’s really a generous space with lots of room for everyone. Loved the full size fridge to put all our necessities in. Overall we loved the cleanliness and quietness of our unit. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Beautiful home within reasonable walking distance to certain shops/restaurants. Appreciated the clear instructions and overall cleanliness of the home. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Had a great 3 week stay here. The place was perfect, pool was amazing, great AC and lovely safe neighbourhood with a nice park to walk around just round the corner. Maybe the best value air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Will deffo be back when in Dallas again.

Tried to say this earlier in the survey abnb! Place was brand new and he answered questions he shouldn’t have been able to answer. He runs it like a business but one that wants repeat business- almost to a fault. The furniture isn’t crap etc
