The house is new and very clean. Very quick to get to downtown which was exactly what we needed. Neighborhood was older but quiet. Beds were comfy and host was very quick to respond if we needed anything. My kids wanted to stay longer!

From the beginning of our interactions, Rent On Your Terms has been accommodating, responsive and helpful. It was clean, easy to find and had a great sidewalk in the neighborhood to walk. Would love to stay here again.

Overall a great stay. Nice building with secure parking which is great as the neighborhood felt a little sketchy. Easy access and the unit was bright and clean. Worth noting there is no window covering for the living room windows so feels a bit exposed at night. The unit served our needs perfectly and we would consider staying again. Very responsive host!

Place is amazing, spacious, modern and secure. It's relatively close to downtown, Dallas arboretum and malls, also really close to a freeway which allows you to move faster to other areas, about 20-30 minutes to DFW airport so that might be something to consider.
