Appreciated the 5 bedrooms and 8 beds (pleasantly surprised to find 8 beds rather than the 7 beds as listed). Worked well for our 9 team members (one on an air matress in the dining room) to have communal time and space while not on the competition field. Certainly a way better teambuilding space and value than being tucked away into 10 different hotel rooms. As a homeowner, I would want to do some repairs on the rear gutters. But as a renter the space is useful, functional, clean and safe. Perfect experience; would recommend and would plan to rent again if the same rental needs arise in the future.
