Love the location, plenty of space. Exactly what we needed. Walkable to a fun downtown area in lower Greenville.

We enjoyed our stay...there are lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Todd is very responsive and friendly.

Had trouble getting in, as code had changed. Todd was responsive and got us in without waiting too long. Great location!!

Stayed here with my mom and best friend for the weekend! We were able to walk to lower Greenville both nights and it was a prime location. Place was accurately described and matched the pictures. The beds were comfortable and there were even a few items there (water bottles, coffee,etc.) for us to use which was a nice touch. Would stay here again

This review is more for the host since Todd was amazing. We had a few issues with the first place we booked, but Todd was so helpful and cooperative. He was very responsive as well! Regarding the house, it was great and located in a nice neighborhood. Everything you might need was available in the house. It was clean and well kept. It’s also close to many coffee shops, restaurants etc. We had a great stay. I’d come back.

I would highly recommend this property. We had a great stay on our trip to Dallas. Todd was very responsive and the property was very well appointed and comfortable. The location was outstanding, with lower Greenville Ave just a short walk away to many restaurants, bars, shops and Trader Joes.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was absolutely beautiful and loved how modern it was, the high ceilings made it look even more beautiful in person and it was very cozy! Would definitely come back 🙌 host was great at communicating with us and asking if we needed anything, definitely recommend staying here :)

This place is a great location and very spacious. The host, Todd, is wonderful. Fast responses with any questions and extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

The townhouse was perfect for our family of 6 adults. With one bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 floors we all had privacy and our own space to get ready. The house was very clean and welcoming. It was located in a great neighborhood close to lots of restaurants, grocery store and more. We felt very safe there. Todd was an awesome host who always communicated with us promptly and in a friendly manner, never making us feel like we were bothering him. When we asked about a few things needed, items were delivered to us within hours! Whenever we're back in Dallas, we would not hesitate to stay in a house hosted by Todd. Thank you, Todd, for making us feel at home in your home!

We stayed with a family of five. Well built house; just 4 minute walk to Greenville Av. for dinner, shopping, ice cream…. Todd provided all necessary; drinking water, shampoo etc. Kids enjoyed Disney Channel. 3 comfortable bedrooms. Big combined dining/living room. Just very very good!!!
