Such an amazing place, very clean, beautiful everything that was described in the listing. Hosts are responsesive an easy to talk to looking forward to staying here again in the future if welcomed.

The hosts were very responsive, the house and furnishings were very nice and seemed quite new, and it met all our needs. You should know the location isn't the nicest part of town, but very convenient to hospitals if that's what you need, and not too far from West 7th or downtown areas. We had a few issues like the oven and dishwasher didn't work, but hosts were totally responsive and it wasn't a big deal for us. Laundry in the unit was great! Overall a great stay!

Very solid offering for short and medium term rentals. Location is great: Southside is burgeoning and building is a short walk to coffee, convenience, Panther City BBQ and Magnolia Street. Room has everything you need. Read the guest policy carefully because it is stringent. Responsive host.
