This home is wonderful! Clean and comfortable. Beds are really nice! The place has all you need for a good stay in a great part of Dallas! Highly recommend!!

Todd's place provided a fabulous homebase for our extended family while celebrating our son's wedding. With multiple gathering spaces enhanced by natural light, ensuite bathrooms for each of the five bedrooms, plenty of dinnerware and cooking supplies, an empty (& clean) two-car garage, and outdoor spaces to enjoy, this home checked all the boxes!
Our family enjoyed preparing meals in the spacious kitchen, playing cards around the kitchen table, conversations relaxing in the Adirondack chairs, tabletop shuffleboard competitions, and walking down to Lower Greenville for lunch, dinner, macarons, & ice cream.
Todd's attention to the property helped create a highlight reel of wonderful memories!

Spectacular house. Even nicer and more spacious than the photos. Quiet neighborhood, but highly convenient! Todd communicated well, and checked in on us periodically throughout our stay.

Our group had a great time at Todd’s home. He was extremely responsive whenever we had any questions and made sure we felt right at home. The house was amazing and had all the amenities one would possibly need. We were also a fan of the neighborhood and how close the Airbnb was to things we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group or just want to spend some time in Dallas.

I've stayed at Todd's place multiple times and every time is always great. The home is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The check-in process was very easy and the home was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking & cleaning as well all the products needed for personal hygiene.
The major plus and reason I continue renting this home is because of the large amount of space and amenities it provides. Each bedroom is spacious and has its own ensuite bathroom - that's very important to me. The beds themselves are very comfortable and provided a great nights rest. The large living room area sectional was perfect for lounging with friends and catching a movie or show. With a covered outdoor kitchen/living space, top-tier pool, and large seating area fire pit, the backyard is the perfect spot for entertaining any time of year.
The home itself is situated on a quiet street in a very nice neighborhood and is walkable to many of the city's greatest restaurants, bars, and lounges.
