Great stay easy to check in

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was very clean and I would definitely recommend if you are needing to stay near the TCU campus.

the place was clean and easy to get to with private and gated parking, at night the gate for parking closes which makes it safer, however the keypad to get in isn't car friendly as we had to step out of the car in order to input the code. Other than that our stay was great!!

I rented the home for a last minute trip to Texas with family of 10 adults to watch a game at AT&T stadium. At first I was skeptical because of some of the reviews in regard to cleanliness. We had also asked if it was possible to do early check in a week before our trip but they were last minute not able accommodate that for us. Check in was at 3pm and we got there right at 3pm, the cleaning crew was still there but left maybe 5 minutes after us having arrived. The house was absolutely clean, it smelled clean the carpets had all been recently deep washed, the entire house was spotless and exactly what you see in the pictures is what you get. The house is big and spacious. The pool was clean and much bigger in person. The host in charge of the listing was very fast and effective with communication and greeting messages. They messaged in the mornings making sure everything we needed was taken care of. The airbnb is about 40 minutes from the AT&T stadium but we booked knowing this. 10/10!

I was in Dallas for a weekend conference downtown at the Marriott. This house was so convenient- 10 minute or less drive. This area seems to be getting rehabilitated with lots of young professionals about town enjoying the restaurants, walking dogs, etc. It felt very safe. The home has a bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 stories, so three each in total. Lots of room to spread out if desired. The home could use more updating, but beds were comfortable and the water was hot so I’d definitely come back. FYI- if you have someone with bad knees or inability to walk up stairs then this is not the home for your group- the main level (kitchen and living) is up 2 flights of stairs. The master bedroom is up 4 flights of stairs.
